The home backs to glaze meadow and overlooks the lake and Black Butte. It is located on a quite cul-de-sac. It has easy access to the Glaze Meadow Recreation Center which offers pools, pickle ball, tennis, golf, spa, bikes, and more.
Great layout with one bedroom downstairs along with the kitchen, family room, and dining room. Two bedrooms and a loft upstairs (pull-out sofa in loft). There is a full size washer and dryer in the property as well. 4 adult bikes, child bike, and tag along bike attachment on property.
Outdoor deck over looking meadow and Black Butte with teak table and BBQ. Enjoy a private hot tub after a day on the mountain.
Don't forget about all the amazing adventures outside your door. Black Butte Ranch is a tranquil resort surrounded by seven snowcapped, majestic Cascade mountain peaks.
